Term & Conditions
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between RAINCER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED , doing business as RAINCER® (“Seller”), and the purchaser (“Buyer”) for the sale of mobile accessories and speakers (the “Products”).
**1. Orders and Acceptance:**
– All orders are subject to acceptance by RAINCER®.
– Acceptance is contingent upon product availability, accurate pricing, and verification of buyer information.
**2. Pricing and Payment:**
– Prices are as specified on the website or other marketing materials.
– Payment is due at the time of order. We accept [UPI / NETBANKING/COD* (with term & conditions)].
– Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any other applicable fees.
**3. Shipping and Delivery:**
– Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
– Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
– RAINCER® commits to delivering products within 7- 10 days of order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and RAINCER® is not liable for such delays.
**4. Returns and Refunds:**
– Returns are accepted within one day of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
– Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
– Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
**5. Warranty:**
– Our RAINCER® products are covered by a 3-6months limited warranty.
– The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents ,over voltage, over current, short circuit, breakage, body damage or unauthorized modifications.
**6. Intellectual Property:**
– All trademarks, logos, and content on the website are the property of RAINCER®.
– Buyers may not use any of our RAINCER® intellectual property without prior written consent.
**7. Limitation of Liability:**
– In no event shall RAINCER® be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, or punitive damages.
– Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the RAINCER® product.
**8. Governing Law:**
– This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jaipur Jurisdiction.
**9. Amendments:**
– RAINCER® reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
