instances where a replacement is necessary. Please review our replacement policy for guidance on the replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Replacements
1.1
Defective or Malfunctioning
Products: If you receive a defective or malfunctioning mobile accessory or tower speaker, please contact our customer service within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement.
1.2
Incorrect Orders:
In the event that you receive the wrong mobile accessory or tower speaker, contact our customer service within 24HOURS, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
2. Replacement Process
2.1
Contact Customer Service:
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service at support@raincer.in. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the defective or incorrect product.
2.2
Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
2.3
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
3. Replacement Shipping
3.1
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the replacement within 2-4 business days after Date of Receiving the product.
3.2
Shipping of Replacement:
We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
4. Refund
Refund will Be Deliver to your account within 15 days(From the date of Receiving the returned product) Once we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Exceptions
4.1
Non-Replaceable Items:
Certain items, such as watch straps, mobile & watch guards, mobile covers & earbuds case, may not be eligible for replacement unless defective.
4.2
Warranty: Our products are covered by a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty
information provided with your product for details.
