your options for returning or exchanging products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer
service within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. We will provide instructions
on how to return the item.

Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong product, contact our customer service within 24 hours,
and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Change of Mind:
If you simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may
return the product within 24hours of receiving it. Please note that a
restocking fee may apply, and the product must be in its original condition
with all packaging.

2. Return Process

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable,
photos of the defective or damaged product.

Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
on how to return the product.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective
or damaged products or incorrect orders.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once
we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within
7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If
you are exchanging a product due to defects or damages, we will ship the
replacement item to you at no additional cost.

4. Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as mobile cover, earbud case, watch straps, mobile and
smart watch guard, are not eligible for return unless defective.

Warranty: Our
products are covered by a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty
information provided with your product for details.
